OUR MISSION
We are passionate about helping our clients achieve long-term success of their business for future generations.

To make sure that all of the children still love each other and want to stay together as family, enjoying holidays and family events, after Mom and Dad are gone.

To ensure that the family estate transfers to where it will continue to grow for future generations and not be wasted on taxes or those who will misuse it.

To position the company for long-term success, after the founders are gone, so that the employees and their families do not suffer due to layoffs, closings and consolidation. The community impact can be devastating.

Provide opportunity for young leaders to rise to senior-level positions and have the incentive of participating in the financial growth of the business, if they perform, which can include possible ownership as they retire.
OUR PEOPLE
"We have the experience and expertise to find solutions to business concerns that can keep you awake at night." - David Nabity
David Nabity
President / Owner
David Nabity founded his firm at age 24 to help owners of closely held businesses navigate the complexities of estate planning, buy-sell agreements, and retirement. Over a 40+ year career, he earned his CLU, ChFC, and LUTCF designations, later partnering with Randy Jensen, CFP® in 1995 to scale the firm into a full-service, fee-based advisory practice. David’s primary focus remains helping family enterprises smoothly transition ownership to the next generation.
A fierce advocate for the private sector, David’s insights led to a prominent media career in Omaha, serving as a Business and Financial News Editor/Commentator for KFAB radio and WOWT Channel 6 television. Driven by a commitment to public service, he also ran for Nebraska Governor in 2006 and Mayor of Omaha in 2013, leaving a lasting impact on local public policy.
Beyond business, David is an accomplished drummer who founded the Midwest Smooth Jazz Society. He is actively involved in men's and marriage ministries, and considers his greatest accomplishment to be his 43-year marriage to his wife, Kim, their seven children, and their 13 grandchildren.

Andy Wolfe
Financial Consultant / Co-Owner
Born and raised in Omaha, Andy holds both a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He began his career as a financial accountant managing the general ledgers of large, complex international advertising agencies. Driven by a desire to play a more active, hands-on role in the local business community, Andy joined Nabity Business Advisors, where he leverages his deep background in managerial accounting to help business owners solve complex day-to-day financial puzzles and develop innovative strategic plans.
Passionate about living a holistically healthy life, Andy and his wife, Kelsea, are deeply involved in bridging their faith and fitness communities. In their free time, they serve as gym coaches, an experience that inspired them to launch a local ministry focused on promoting discipleship and supporting deeper mental and spiritual well-being within the fitness community.
When he isn’t working with business owners or coaching, Andy is a proud Omaha Central High School alumnus who loves the outdoors. He spends his free time reading, fishing, hunting, or working on his vintage Jeep.
